Atziri, Queen of the Vaal is one of the most difficult endgame bosses in PoE, living in the regions of the Apex of sacrifice and the Alluring abyss. Atziri has three phases. Initially, Atziri is alone. She cannot be frozen, stunned or knocked back and resists elemental damage. Moreover, she reflects curses, meaning the player gets cursed as well. She shields herself preventing her from taking damage with a protective dome and become invulnerable in the second phase. She summons minions that walk towards her and heal her when they reach her. The minions will not attack the player. Entering into the third phase, Atziri, Queen of the Vaal, summons four copies of herself. One of the four copies needs to be defeated first.

You can meet this boss by defeating 5 guards. It will also be possible to open a portal to Aziri if to assemble a combination of 4 fragments of the Queen of the Vaal.
